Answer and comply with the letter.
The Greystone Homeowners Association (Association) does not want to take this type of action against a homeowner, but in some cases it is the only way to collect the assessment's. This is in accordance with the governing Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R's) for the Association.
Non-payment may also result in garnishment of wages and bank accounts.
If you have an outstanding balance on your account, your privileges and those of other members of your household, such as access to the pool, tennis court, and rental of the Community Center, are also suspended.
